Ambrose McKinnery
Ambrose has 25 years’ experience encompassing organisational psychology / HR consulting, executive coaching, as well as counselling and clinical practice, working in mental health, relationship counselling, and patient care in hospital wards.
Working with several hundred companies, Ambrose has undertaken an array of assignments including succession planning, job analysis, 360 degree feedback, performance management, and team building. He has facilitated various training workshops mostly in soft skills and communication areas, stress management, teams, or management and leadership development. Ambrose has taken over 500 people through career transition, and completed over 1000 psychometric assignments, mostly for selection and coaching.
Ambrose’s particular interests include developing resilience, stress management, and overall wellbeing, to help manage work and personal challenges. Ambrose is able to blend or utilise where necessary, his 9000 hours experience in clinical practice to executive coaching, understanding that presenting workplace issues can overlap with complex personal and relationship issues, other worries, not to mention issues of temperament and vocational suitability that may impact on desired workplace outcomes.
