Jane Boardman
Jane Boardman is one of Australia’s most experienced executive coaches with over 14 years (over 7000 hours) full time experience as an executive coach. She provides one-on-one coaching which is personally tailored to each client. She is also a highly experienced facilitator in the areas of leader as coach, coaching conversations, strategic planning, leadership, team building, business planning, performance management, giving and receiving feedback and career planning.
Jane is on the faculty of CoachU, one of the world’s largest coach training companies providing coach training worldwide by teleclass.
Jane holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, a Graduate Diploma in Professional Communication and an Australian Institute of Company Director’s Diploma. She is an internationally credentialed International Coach Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach. She is also a member of the ICF, the Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches, and the Career Development Association of Australia. She served for many years as a member of the ICF Global Committee on Ethics and Standards.
Jane has provided executive coaching and facilitation in a very diverse range of organisations both in the private and public sectors, in Australia and internationally for the UN.
