“Joey’s coaching has been a game-changer for me. It has significantly boosted my confidence in advocating for making my workplace more inclusive and accessible for myself and other neurodivergent individuals. With Joey’s unique background as both an autistic person and senior executive, she’s equipped me with the knowledge and skills to effectively communicate the value of neurodiversity to my senior executives.”
“Joey provides practical tools, examples, and a warm group of neuro-spicy peers to help you find out who you can be when you bring more of your "real" self into the world. Practical, life-changing, and probably just what you need. I cannot recommend Joey more highly.”
“Thanks again for all your guidance and knowledge that you have been sharing with me. I do not think that I would have been as successful, comfortable or clear articulating my desire and want to see change with my leaders without our chats and that pyramid principle!”
“Jo is a passionate dedicated driver of change and outcomes. Achieved through engaging people and taking them on the journey, Jo creates teams that are knitted together, sharing a purpose of achieving a common goal. Creating a shared vision and a sense of purpose in a team is where Jo excels. Jo can challenge conventional thinking when a problem to be solved or an opportunity to be taken requires a not before known solution. I had the pleasure of working with Jo for a number of years at Scentre Group when she led our innovation and business change group.”
