Ken Whitters
Ken specialises in developing organisational and individual capability through facilitation, consulting, and coaching. Specific areas of application in this regard are Leadership, Strategy, Change Management, Culture, High Performing Teams, Negotiation, Resilience and Influential Communication. During his corporate career, Ken worked at the executive level at both The Alfred Hospital and Honda Australia, and in these roles drove substantial strategic change initiatives. He has also worked as Program Director at Mt Eliza Business School.
Ken has coached clients in Australia, China, New Zealand, and the USA. He is an accredited coach at Melbourne Business School (MBS) and Lee Hecht Harrison, and through these organisations and Strategic Leadership has provided extensive coaching at all organisation levels through to CEO and Board of Directors. In fact, Ken has delivered more than 4,000 hours of individual coaching, conducted dozens of team coaching sessions, and delivered many “How to Coach” sessions for leaders.
