Rosemary is a Sydney based coach and facilitator with extensive experience in both public and private sectors. 

Rosemary has over 15 years experience as Leadership and Senior Management Program Director and Executive Coach, face to face and on line, to leaders and emerging leaders in government, business and not for profit organisations. 

Her focus is on individual, team and organisational performance, with a passion for helping people be the best they can be at work and in life.

Prior to become a coach and facilitator, Rosemary had 25 years Senior Executive and Board Member experience leading organisations with $1B+ revenue and more than 1,200 employees in Australia, New Zealand and the Asia Pacific region.

Roles included Executive Director, Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM); Founding Executive Director, NSW State Development (SES position); Director, NSW Department of Industrial Development and Decentralisation; General Manger, NSW Science and Technology Council; CEO, TelstraClear (NZ); Founding Managing Director, Telstra Wholesale; and Managing Director, Telstra Products. 

Rosemary is an Eisenhower Fellow (EF) and a member of Chief Executive Women (CEW).

Rosemary was awarded an Australian Government Centenary Medal for ‘services to Australian society in business leadership’.
