For example, she has used the Decision-making REFLECT model to help leaders to recognise and work through ethical issues and dilemmas within the framework of the companies’ values, employment principles and codes of conduct so that they could make clear, unbiased decisions.
She has provided a framework and communication techniques to support participants communicate assertively and with influence when faced with difficult integrity-focused conversations as for example when they have observed lack of integrity in the workplace which is an unspoken requirement.
She worked in collaboration with organisations to support executives to form the foundation of effective leadership, team capability building, organisational influencing skills and effective communication, specific to the SES within the APS, enabling them to guide teams and entire organisations toward their goals while optimising the meeting process for the most productive outcomes while fostering a culture of collaboration.
