She was responsible for Senior executives training and facilitation on organisational culture change to help build and develop a culture that promotes integrity in the workplace. For example, she has equipped executives with new knowledge and skills by transferring key information and providing tools to enable them to explore and navigate the enigmatic realm of grey areas and apply ethical sound judgement when making decisions.

She has transferred knowledge through customised content material to support the learnings and she has paved the way for thinking in group settings by encouraging the participants to think for themselves. For example, she has used the Decision-making REFLECT model to help leaders to recognise and work through ethical issues and dilemmas within the framework of the companies’ values, employment principles and codes of conduct so that they could make clear, unbiased decisions.

She has provided a framework and communication techniques to support participants communicate assertively and with influence when faced with difficult integrity-focused conversations as for example when they have observed lack of integrity in the workplace which is an unspoken requirement.

She worked in collaboration with organisations to support executives to form the foundation of effective leadership, team capability building, organisational influencing skills and effective communication, specific to the SES within the APS, enabling them to guide teams and entire organisations toward their goals while optimising the meeting process for the most productive outcomes while fostering a culture of collaboration. Through her training and facilitation skills, she has helped managers to improve their skills on decision making, communication, leadership, team building and conflict resolution, and to develop approaches to manage intercultural matters, leverage cultural differences and maximise the potential of a multicultural team.

To date, she has worked on more than 50 projects for the above clients spanning the regions of Australia, Europe, West Africa, North Africa, North America, Central and South America and Northeast Asia, demonstrating visible leadership.
