Michael Clark
Michael embarked on his consulting, coaching, and facilitation journey in February 2021 following more than 15 years in Government and a decade in Financial Services. Leveraging his proven success as a senior executive driving award-winning customer and employee-centered transformative change, as well as solving intricate business and technology challenges, Michael has earned recognition as an award-winning consultant, coach, and facilitator.
In 2022, Michael gained acknowledgment as one of Australia’s Top 50 Small Business Leaders. The following year, in 2023, he was honored as one of the Top 100 Influencers in the Contact Centre industry across APAC.
With a diverse career as a Senior Executive, Michael has led medium to large, cross-functional teams ranging from 50 to 400 individuals in one or multiple locations. His strengths include influencing, engagement, exceptional stakeholder management, and vendor management capabilities. Michael has extensive experience leading front and back-office teams, including Contact Centres and Customer Service. Additionally, he spent five years at the helm of technology and innovation as both a Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer.
Based in Sydney, Michael is not only a dedicated professional but also a husband and father of four sons. He contributes as a Non-Executive Director on the board of a community organisation
