Nigel is an expert in management consulting with over 35 years of experience. Starting as an engineer, he has successfully navigated through various consulting and advisory roles in diverse settings – from small start-ups and established firms to research institutions, non-profits, and global organisations.

As the longest-serving partner at Apis Group, a specialised management consulting business in Canberra catering to government clients, Nigel played a pivotal role in overseeing the firm's growth. He has contributed to high-profile government initiatives, offering services across the entire delivery lifecycle: feasibility, planning, business case development, design, implementation, execution, operations, and evaluation. Nigel has actively participated in developing numerous first and second-pass business cases, strategic reviews, and independent evaluations.
