I’m based in Sydney, where I work with clients face to face and online throughout the world. I’m passionate about working with values-based organisations and people to achieve outcomes that matter.
With over 25 years of experience in the public and private sector, I’ve led and worked in integrated multi-disciplinary teams in major infrastructure projects, government departments, professional services, communications, finance and the built environment.
I work with established and emerging leaders, teams and organisations to:
• improve individual and team performance;
• unlock and realise potential; and
• promote well-being.
I work directly with the leaders of organisations big and small – from advising the founders of privately-owned boutique consultancies to the chief executives of Australia’s largest public infrastructure projects and listed companies.
Alongside executive and organisational coaching I help clients with organisational strategy and transformation, project and business case development, stakeholder engagement, and leadership development.
