Tom Loncar
Tom is an experienced leadership and executive coach with a rich background in both public and private sectors. His journey began in the federal government, where he served as an economist in research and policy roles spanning industry and social policy portfolios. Transitioning to the private sector, Tom held pivotal roles such as Company Director and co-owner of Eureka Strategic Research, later acquired by France's Ipsos in 2007. He also served as Executive Director and member of Ipsos' Australian Executive Board and Research Director of Hall & Partners, a Clemenger-Omnicom company.
Tom's consulting expertise encompasses various major Commonwealth initiatives, including significant projects for the ATO, the Department of Employment, the Department of Human Services, IP Australia, NBN Co, ASIC, the ACMA, and the Department of Immigration, among others. His wide-ranging exposure to strategic, organisational, and senior decision-making positions ensures impactful and empathetic client interactions, providing a robust platform for personal insights and growth.
Residing in Randwick with his wife and two teenage children, Tom indulges in interests such as golf, world football, cooking, and reading.
